In Tom’s work life to date, he’s championed mental health in the workplace as well as environmental health of the planet; it’s safe to say that Tom is someone who cares greatly about wellbeing. With many skills that cover Communications Strategy, PR and Events, leading to a fruitful and busy career, you may be surprised to learn that the advice he’d give his younger self is, “The happy person is content with nothing”.

Tom took to the stage at TEDxNorwich in April to speak on mental health, so we’re thrilled that he’ll be sharing his thoughts with us at Inspiring Females. Come along to this session and find out about ways you and your friends can try and make school less stressful, and help yourself and your friends support better mental health. . 1 in 4 of us experience mental health problem, such as stress, anxiety, depression – making ill mental health as common as catching a cold: it’s better to be in the know.
