Freelance Content Creator and Disability Rights Activist
Vix is a 25 year old writer, activist and content creator and was born with cerebral palsy. After her Masters’ degree in Psychology of Education, she moved from London to LA, where her work focuses on freelance public speaking and writing. Vix aims to promote the inclusion of disabled people in feminist conversations and spaces and is in the process of seeking funding for a documentary. In addition, Vix runs a YouTube channel on books and reading. She finds herself constantly inspired by girls and young women, and feels that young voices have lots to teach us!
“My dream is to finish the documentary, but in the longer term, I hope to have a real, tangible and positive political impact on the lives of disabled people like me. I’d love to run for office, to bring the issues faced by disabled people to the forefront.”
