Design Engineer, Innovator and Dreamer, Laing o’Rourke and The Global Emit Project
It has been more than a decade since Yewande made the decision to study Engineering at the University of Warwick – and the journey so far has been fantastic! Throughout the good times and the challenging, Yewande has come to appreciate the beauty of engineering. She has worked on projects all over the world – from high rise buildings to schools and residential buildings. Yewande now brings designs to life through her involvement in the construction of amazing buildings. She’s inspired by her mum, friends and mentors, and loves music and dancing.
“I dream of making significant contributions to improving the lives of people in the developed and developing world, and to build inspiring spaces for young people to be creative and innovative.”
